Privacy Policy

Claims Assist Limited ("ClaimsAssist", "we") collects the personal information you provide when checking or submitting a claim — your name, contact details, and flight information — solely to assess and pursue your compensation claim against the airline.

We share your information only where necessary to progress your claim: with the airline concerned, aviation regulators, and our partner solicitors. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Claims handled by our partner

Claims under UK, European and Canadian passenger-rights law are handled by Reclaims4U Ltd (company number 06651869, 1.02b Boatshed, Office Village, Unit 12 Exchange Quay, Salford, M5 3EQ) rather than by us. Where that applies, we pass them the information needed to bring your claim — your name and contact details, date of birth, address, flight and booking details, and your signed Letter of Authority.

Reclaims4U Ltd is a separate data controller for that information: they decide how they use it and are responsible for it under their own privacy policy, which is provided to you when you sign. We remain the controller for the information you gave us on this website. You can exercise your data rights with either of us.

Claims under the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations 2023 are handled by Claims Assist Limited directly and are not passed to any claims partner.

What we record when you sign

When you e-sign a Letter of Authority on this website we record your signature, the name you typed, the date and time, the version of the document you were shown, and the IP address you signed from. This is evidence that the signature is genuine and that you saw the terms you agreed to — airlines and regulators can and do challenge authority, and without it a valid claim can fail. It is kept with your claim file and used for no other purpose.

Security and your rights

Sensitive identity and payment information collected during the claim process is encrypted at rest. Bank details you give us are encrypted before they are stored — they are never held in readable form. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@claimshub.online.
