How it works
You spend two minutes. We spend as long as it takes.
Minute 0–2
You check your flight
Enter your route and what happened. Our rules engine identifies which passenger-rights law applies — EU261, UK261, Canada's APPR or Nigeria's NCAR 2023 — computes the distance bands, applies the delay thresholds and shows you a verdict with a concrete amount. If your flight isn't covered by a scheme we pursue, it says so and points you somewhere useful. No account, no card, no obligation.
Day 1
A specialist verifies your claim
A claim specialist reviews your submission, verifies the flight against operational data, and confirms the airline can't hide behind an 'extraordinary circumstances' excuse. If everything checks out, we send you a letter of authority to e-sign — it takes about a minute and lets us act on your behalf.
Week 1–2
The airline receives a formal demand
We don't send polite complaint emails. The airline's legal desk receives a formal demand letter citing the exact regulation, the compensation owed, and the escalation path if they don't pay — regulator complaints, dispute resolution, and referral to specialist solicitors where a claim justifies it.
Weeks 2–10
We negotiate — and escalate if needed
Most airlines settle at this stage. If they stall, reject with a weak excuse, or lowball, we escalate: complaints to the enforcement body (NCAA, CAA, national enforcement bodies in the EU, the CTA in Canada) and, where a claim justifies it, referral to specialist solicitors. Your fee stays exactly the same either way.
Payday
You get paid
The airline pays the compensation to the claims team handling your case, under the payment mandate you signed. The success fee comes out and the balance reaches your bank account within 10 working days of cleared funds — the only money anyone takes. If the claim fails, you pay nothing at all.
