If we lose, you pay nothing

If your claim does not succeed you pay nothing. No fee, nothing upfront, ever.

No fee escalation for legal action

Many claim firms quietly add 15–20% extra if your case needs a lawyer. We don't. Whether the airline pays after one letter or after escalation, your fee stays exactly the same.

If the airline offers vouchers

Airlines sometimes settle in travel vouchers or credit rather than cash. That still counts as compensation, and the success fee is calculated on its face value — which means it would be payable by you in money, not in credit. You can always tell us to reject a voucher offer and hold out for cash, and we will tell you before anything is accepted.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of signing, for any reason, at no cost. After that you can still cancel at any time — you would only owe the success fee if the airline has already made an offer on your claim.

The maths

A £520 UK261 claim returns £332.80 to you after our fee and VAT. A ₦250,000 NCAR claim returns ₦175,000. Doing it alone is free, but airlines ignore individual passengers, reject valid claims and count on you giving up.
