About ClaimsAssist
ClaimsAssist helps airline passengers claim what the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023 provide when a flight is delayed, cancelled, overbooked or downgraded, or when baggage goes missing. We check whether you may have a claim, put it to the airline in writing on your authority, and take it to the regulator if the airline does not resolve it.
ClaimsAssist is the trading name of Claims Assist Limited. That is the company you contract with when you sign a Letter of Authority, the company the airline pays under the payment mandate, and the company that receives the success fee.

What we do and don't do
We are a claims service, not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. The airline decides whether a claim is paid; we cannot guarantee an outcome. We act on claims under Nigerian law only — the full list of what is and isn't covered is on the where we help page, and the fee is set out on the pricing page.
