United Nigeria Airlines operates under Part 19 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCAR) 2023, enforced by the NCAA. Per passenger, under NCAR 2023 Part 19. International routes on foreign legs may also fall under EU261, UK261 or the Montreal Convention — we always claim under the strongest regime.
