Air Peace operates under Part 19 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCAR) 2023, enforced by the NCAA. For domestic flights, cash compensation starts at just 2 hours of delay — one of the lowest thresholds in the world. For international departures from Nigeria, the amounts scale up sharply. Refreshments are due from 1 hour, and cancellations without proper notice carry the full compensation amount.

Per passenger, under NCAR 2023 Part 19. International routes on foreign legs may also fall under EU261, UK261 or the Montreal Convention — we always claim under the strongest regime.
If Air Peace refuses or ignores a valid claim, we escalate to the NCAA and FCCPC, and where a claim justifies it, refer it to specialist solicitors — with interest claimed on top.
